SUPER BLACK EAGLE 3 LAUNCH 2017
The Super Black Eagle series of shotguns has been Benelli’s most successful lines. The introduction of the Super Black Eagle 3 was long awaited by our consumers and we wanted the launch to be engaging. We decided to produce a two part television series that took the Super Black Eagle 3 into one of the hardest environments that a shotgun would encounter. Our initial launch involved video and stills from St. Paul Island, Alaska in January where the freezing weather and saltwater are challenges to the operation of a shotgun.
TO KILL A KING
TELEVISION SERIES
The airing of To Kill a King coincided with the launch of the Super Black Eagle 3. This show followed renowned guide Tony Vandemore as he journeyed to St. Paul Island, Alaska to hunt the King Eider. With a successful airing on the Outdoor Channel To Kill a King aired on the Sportsmen Channel as well. To Kill a King received the Outdoor/Sportsman Group’s Golden Moose Award for Best Wingshooting Series.
